[7.460][QUESTION][ANSWERED] ie 8 unable to open https

Hi Friends !

i am faceing strange problem ,

i am not able to acess any https/ssl page/site i am using windows xp sp 3

what kind of files/log will help to diagnose

but when i bypass asg i am able to acess all site even i am not able to acess local/own asg (https://192.168.2.100:4444)

ie8https is output of tcpdump --converted

I already tried to tell them about it here. Still no luck. Maybe you can persuade them.
By the way, I have a packet filter rule to allow LAN-->https-->any-->allow to bypass this.
The packet filter rules would have no effect if the http proxy was working correctly under normal circumstances since proxy rules are applied before packet filter rules.
