[7.460][BUG][FIXED] IDS Exeptions not working

Hi,

there is a Exchange Server, with somoe funny IDS false positives. 
SHELLCODE base64 x86 NOOP. Rule IDs arouns 12800.

With a Exeption SOurce and Dest this Server, Packets are still blocked.

When disabled through "Manual rule modification" everythin is fine.
