if you add a vlan interface it will automatically added to qos interfaces. But the qos interface is deactivated by default. The interface should be listed in Quality of Service (QoS) > Status.

i have create regular vlan ,then i was trying to use them in Uplink balancing with type fail over ,then i forgot that i have use it here ,later i tryed to delete vlan interface where i got that error ,it it was in use it should give me message that is in use with so and so but it give me that error (please see image) and its not showing that it is been used by uplink balancing (by pressing i ) ,do u want more details ?
it says that it is internally in use of interfaces. If you go to uplink balancing in the webadmin you will see that this is a internally function of interfaces. If you press i you will only see the name of the menu structure the object is in use not the name of the tab the object is in use.
