[7.460][BUG][NOTABUG] Daily Executive Report by email

Ins the executive reports there are no emails counted or top spammers etc etc..

These counters are working here. I'm using the PDF report option.

I cannot reproduce it. Seems that you have a broken postgres database could you please try the steps from bob?
