even after double check of certificate i am faceing same problem ,Certificate Trust Check Certificate Date Check are checked in excpations

utm_kid, this is very well explained in the Online Documentation of HTTPs-Proxy (9.1.7. Preventing HTTPS Problems). You did not correctly import the Proxy-CA as trusted root CA for the system account. I recommend reading it [:D]
