Hi Monarch, 

can you please look and post what kind of name you have configured here:
- Management > System Settings > Hostname
- Management > User Portal > Advanced > Hostname
- Network Services > DNS > DynDNS > Hostnames
- Mail Security > Quarentine Report > Advanced > Hostname
- Remote Access > SSL-VPN > Settings > Hostname

and which Hostname is actually listed in the report?

It's the one configured as DynDNS and SSL-VPN hostname, which is the same here. But SSL-VPN is actually disabled.

So it takes one of these two.
