Where do I see what's already reported and a confirmed bug ?

just search for threads in this forum with the Title CONFIRMED or FIXED.

that will list you all threads that have been confirmed and/of fixed.

How about giving us beta testers the list of known 7.450 bugs fixed and not fixed in 7.460?

Yes, Bastian, but that won't tell us which ones are "fixed" in theory, yet not in fact in 7.460!
