[7.460][BUG][FIXED] Auth Server <Test> button non-responsive

In trying to confirm a report by gunleik, I created an alternate host definition for my LDAP/AD server.  I put this into the definition for the LDAP auth server, and pressed the [Test] button.  There was no response.

I tried a definition for a different (not an LDAP server) host, and still got nothing.

When I tried to delete the host definition, the system warned me that the host was in use in the LDAP Authentication Server, so the problem appears to be in the code behind the [Test] button.

    Hi,

    I did following with FireFox:

    go to user > authentication

    try to add a ldap authentication

    add as server 1.2.3.4 which is not existing and also filled out all the other fields with incorrect content. After pressing save and test I get a popup with Error: but no error message who tells me what I did wrong.

    I forwarded this to our R&D team to get a answer what is going wrong ;-)
