[7.470][BUG][NOTABUG] Scroll behaviour in Packet filter changed

Installed 7.460 yesterday.
When i change the status of a packet filter rule (enable / disable) the screen refresh brings me up to rule number 1.
This is annyoing when i want to change the status of a rule set (for example enable rules no. 21/22/23). I need to scroll down again for every single rule.
In 7.403 the screen stays at the same place.

    Or is only the refresh behavior to the top of the page the issue in this case, since this is no beta manner as BAlfson mentioned. 

    Karsten is  saying that this was fixed in 7.4, but it is broken again like in 7.3.  Does that mean that development of 7.5 was started from 7.3 instead of using 7.4 as a basis?
