I've done a full report now [[:)]]
1. In most of the opening of the live logs like in Intrusion prevention > Global:

I have gone through every part of the astaro and they are the only ones that are wrong. There are a couple more like SSL VPN Log which are already correct.

3. In Webadmin Settings > User Preferences - When saving Items per page

4. In Up2Date > Configuration (Pattern download interval) when I save it the colour of the text (Option saved successfully) is red not green is this normal? All other confirmations are green.

Mails doesnt sound right in that context, perhaps replace with e-mails or "Mail will be quarantined if it cannot be scanned due...."
9. In Mail Security > SMTP > AntiVirus
You can enter a text that is appended as a footer to each outgoing email. This can contain a notice that the message has been scanned for malware.

I have gone through every part of the system now and apart from a few sentences with no full stop and capital letters that should be in some places, and not in others; the errors I have listed should be most if not all of the grammar and spelling errors. I have checked the apply buttons as well as all the text on each page accessible.
Anyways my head hurts now after a couple of hours of careful reading and I think I need to reboot astaro now lol. But hope I have been helpful with my report [[:)]]
