[7.460][BUG][NOTABUG] Creating New Email Security User takes long time

I agree, although I haven't seen it there, I have seen it several times as often as under 7.450.  The interface seems to have taken a step back towards 7.4 as I just had the first "caching" messages (a long time after startup) in the 7.5 beta.

I would not call this a but since it takes some time to create the certificates. SInce there are some new features which use some ressources, this can be the cause.
