[7.460][DUPE][FIXED] HTTP -> Transparent Mode Skip List

Hi,

if i enter a value for the Transparent Proxy skip list i get the error 'One of the values you entered ist syntactically or logically incorrect.'. This happens also if i only hit the apply-button without entering a value.
