[7.460][BUG][NOTABUG] Installation issue?

I just tried to install 7.460 on what was my Smoothwall 3.0 box. After the first reboot, I'm getting a Kernal Panic. 

system specs:
Dell Optiplex GX260
Pentium 4 2.4GHZ 533 bus No HT
2GB DDR 
250 GB PATA Hard drive
PATA CD-ROM

The install was completed using "default" and not nosmp or classic.
