[7.460][BUG][NOTABUG] cannot factory reset without password

Hi.
I'm not sure if this is a new problem or not, coz i'm mostly working with ASG220's that can factory reset from display.

But I managed to fck-up something that forced me to do a factory reset of the software version.
According to the KB at http://portal.knowledgebase.net/article.asp?article=215611&p=5956 you can do factory reset without root password the following way:

Connect a keyboard and monitor to the system.
Power restart the unit and wait for the boot: prompt to appear
Enter:
boot: default factoryreset

I never get a boot prompt.
I can pres ESC when grub is starting and the c to go to command line, but the factory reset command does not work there.

Reinstall is ofcourse a solutions, but in worst case your working with an ASG120 and don't have a USB CD-ROM or an ASI - then what to do?

    you can try to factory reset the system via shell if you have your root and loginuser pw.

    Login as root
    Type cc [enter]
    RAW  [enter]
    system_factory_reset [enter]

    It seems that this KB article is horribly out-of-date. I don't think that this ever worked in V7. There currently seem to be no way to trigger the factory reset from
    the bootloader.

    /etc/init.d/factoryreset reset is faster and should work, too.

    Yes, I know it can be done trough commands in the shell if you can log in. But it would be nice to be able to to reset password if you cant log in (at the local console - as in older versions).
