Well, I got the British Flag, but neither of the Polish and Israeli flags that should have appeared. I right-clicked on the empty boxes, and they "contained" no graphic. I read the email with both my Outlook and my Outlook Web Access clients.
I copied it to my desktop so I could examine it in a text file. I found unk.gif and unknown.gif mentioned, but I don't know enough about email structure to know if that indicated a mismatch between a call and a file name.
Maybe the flag pictures are loaded on-the-fly when assembling the email, and the Astaro skips those it doesn't get a quick answer for. Perhaps a developer could comment on why the flags appear sometimes and not others.
