[7.460][BUG][NOTABUG] five beeps then wait 30 seconds

In reality, it's 20-to-30 seconds after the beeps that the interfaces are reachable via ping or WebAdmin.

    My pet peeve, "manic WebAdmin caching," has not been resolved, so I'll just have to adopt this one, too, until there's an "Aha!" experience...
