If you have 2 webadmin users connected, then with one user to disable the other user you get the following generic message:
Backend connection failed, please click Shift-Reload to try again
for the disabled users if he click anywhere...
and of course if you shift-reload it's logout the user... (on FF3) [:)]
this should be a more explicit message like:
Your account had been disabled, please contact your admin...blabla...
