Not sure if this is what you want... but seems we can edit all the PIM-SM settings when using a user which is expected to have readonly/viewonly (auditor) rights only !
to reproduce:
- create a new user
- in webadmin/access control set that user as auditor only
- log then go to Network you will have PIM-SIM where you can edit everything..
