[7.460][DUPE][FIXED] no progression during u2date

hi,

I've launched the 7.460 up2date manually.
Everything is ok, but there is no more the up2date progress window...
Everything was done but no progress window, even if we switch to another tab, and next come to the up2date window : no progression and the launch update button is here and tell that the up2date is in progress, see the .jpg file.

I have noticed this to. The button "Follow up2date process in a new window" is never shown, even if the page is reloaded.
