Noticed this display issue after changing the timezone from default Berlin to US Eastern. Although the logs display a time change the dashboard view still displays the old time.
Tested with Firefox and Google chrome browsers by going to management>>system settings>>time and date to change the Time zone.
After logging out and back into webadmin on the third attempt the dashboard view has changed to the new time.
