[7.450][DUPE][ANSWERED] S2S VPN not working after configuration restore before restarting

After restoring my 7.403 configuration to the 7.450 the s2s VPN did not start up. In the overview panel it showed not up. Not even as disconnected.

A restart solved the problem, but I would prefer a informational popup to notify the user that he has to restart in order to get everything running.

Thanks, dkalwitzki, maybe now they'll believe there's a problem.

As I've said in another thread where a beta-tester reported another quirk, I believe there is a glitch in the restore process.
