[7.450][DUPE][FIXED] file name of backups are different

Hi Friends !

Names of backup are differant ,send and download ,dont u think it should be same

backup of downlaod is "ace75_7.450_2009-06-16_10-17" and backup (send to internet ) is "backup_20090616_101759"

because while restore name and number matter (?)

[CONFIRMED: #10599] [7.450] BUG: wrong subject when sending backup by email

(there were 2 issues in one post [:)] the backup subject AND the backup names which are differents)
