[7.450][QUESTION][OPEN] FTP server not pingable

Hi friends !

i am using 1 ftp server which has ssl server also running (support and ftp server on same server with 1 ip ) support portal is https i have added ftp server   (Network Security → Advanced → Generic Proxy
   Network Security → Packet filter → Rules  (allowd)) are used in
i am able to use ftp and supprot portal

but when i tryed to ping it from support>>tools>>ping check and name of device i am getting this error

Ping check did not deliver a result, because of a probably non-existing ip address / hostname

i tryed to ping by custoam hostname/ip address with same ip address it give same error  but it able to tracerorute and able to check dns lookup also

Why exactly did you enter your FTP server as a generic proxy?
I don't think that this is a bug at all.

NO ,Dear friend i tryed this with plan FTP 1st ,i want to test with proxy where i come to know with other issue

Perfect !
this is working now but it takes long time then expected and most of the time it tryes to exit from webmain (pls see image)

hmm.again faceing same problem
