[7.450][BUG][NOTABUG] EUP does not show selected language

Hi friends !

https://192.168.2.100/portal even after chageing lang/country it just show english only doesnt show selected language

    The language will be the primary language selected in your browser.  If it doesn't have a match for your primary language, then the language is the one selected as the 'Fallback'.

    Managment>>User Portal >>Advanced>>Language 

    You can select the fallback language for the end-user portal. Please note that the portal will detect the language preference in the accessing browser. Only when no matching language is found, the portal will use the setting defined here
