Dear friend .r u saying time spend ,pls check total domain time and total time spend on day ,dont u think time spend on all domain is time spend by top user

will send u screen short later (updated -chage ip of client)
after chnage client ip (with mac/ip bind ) its taking too much time to show on screen

In short: this is not a bug.

You cannot compare 'total domains by time spent' with 'total users by time spent', as the total users value indicates the length of a all HTTP sessions by a specific user.

Unlike users by time spent, the value for domains time spent indicates how much time has been spent on a certain domain by all users.

If you want to correlate those two time spent values, you will need to know how much time a user spent on a certain domain.

You can check that out here: 

Reporting >> WebSecurity >> Web Usage >> Top Users
  will give you a list of all users, and their overall duration.

Reporting >> WebSecurity >> Web Usage >> Top Domains By User
  will give you a list of all requested domains, and the corresponding time spent on them
