yes, that's correct and can happen. for example, the ip 67.228.180.66 in your screenshot refers to a 1x1 pixel gif image -- i would assume that this is a web-bug which has been placed in an HTML mail or something like that.

by the way, 74.86.135.173 and 74.86.167.75 also refers to 1x1 pixel gif image.

Or, in general - if it can't be resolved, it can't be resolved and will therefore be shown as an IP address.
