ips refresh /checked and uncheck show more ips rules in main page
by default it was showing 5599 and after add try to Network sec>>Atack pattern check /uncheck/check show 8223
7.450 is shipped with an included ruleset of 5599 patterns. The number can increase when the ASG receives a actual ips pattern up2date. It obviously happend during your configuration, and when you checked afterwards you advertently discoverd the increases number of rules.
You can check afterwards by looking at the up2date.log.
