I also cannot ping the IP in your picture.

Looking at dontknowwhy.txt, You have some kind of certificate mismatch, I think.

I don't think that this is an issue with the HTTP Proxy, but with your HTTP connectivity. When you are crawling through your content filter log, you will find several 502 HTTP status codes (Bad Gateway) and twice 400's (Bad Request).

Your HTTP requests are either empty (those result in 400s) or unresponsive (the 500s). So I guess it's something going wrong in between. Is there any other Proxy or Firewall that might interfere the connection?

As I've seen on your screenshots, you are running the Avast Virus Scanner.  Have you enabled the web filtering maybe? I would suggest to disable the web filtering or Avast completely during your test. This will also ensure that there's nothing in between, that could affect your connection/HTTP Proxy tests.

Sirji,i have remove avast ,when i am not able to browse i got this things running in content filer ,then is microsaft ( desktop and astaro need to be restart)

Now i am also doubting my ISP ,IF they have any problem (packet loss ?)
