[7.450][BUG][FIXED] Missing "whitelist" links in quarantine reports

I just noticed that the quarantine reports only include the "release" links, but no "whitelist" links.

Update: this only applies to POP3 quarantine reports.

This now works with 7.460!

I have the vague notion that this is due to the fix of https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/98/t/67462
