this file :

has a problem when the httpprxy is ON : the file is downloaded, and next to 100% we get a file not found. i tryed several times (5) : same ...
Setting my pc to skiplist, permit to get it at hte first time !...
and there in the log we get a block that is not normal : there is no restriction here :
