[7.450][BUG][FIXED] Error getting SSLVPN package

User Portal > Remote Access > Click here to download a ZIP archive which contains all necessary files to set up SSL VPN on Linux, MacOS X, BSD or Solaris

I receive a file titled error.txt:

Error getting SSLVPN package, subtype config-zip, user REF_dYIROWAkHh

I created a user, generated a certificate, enabled the User Portal, enabled SSL VPN, but could not download the SSLVPN Package. I tried a windows box and a Mac Box to download.

t_enriquez, thanks for your feedback. I'm afraid, I am not able to reproduce this here. Do you have any hints for me?

Nitehawk,

After performing the last up2date, I can now download the SSLVPN Package from the User Portal. On the surface, it appears the update fixed my problem.
