[7.450][QUESTION][ANSWERED] how to clone user ?

Hi friends !
i am trying to create a clone user
users>>users>>clone>>create new user >> selected some name and none passwd >>save it gives error (Cannot apply changes: resource is already in use ) but that user in not in use /i login with differant user /if user in loginuiser then how to create a clone but i am able to create clone with groups

bug ?

Don't think it is bug, you need to use a unique email address for every user, but I do see another issue for which I filed a new thread so that issues can be tracked seperately. https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/98/t/67686

I tried to create a new user with [Clone] and had no problems when no email address was supplied. As dmzalarm says, I tried to create a user with a duplicate email address and received the message utmkid describes.
