the create dialog windows shows network group

Ralf, can you show a picture? Go to 'Definitions >> Services' and put the name into the 'Find' box to just list these two.

on the left side network group

When you create a new 'Network' definition, it can be of several different types; "Network Group" is one of those types.

Does that resolve your issue?
