[7.450][BUG][NOTABUG] pppoe connection/NIC

I just installed 7.450 on the same machine I normally run 7.403 on.
After I imported my old config and logged in for the first time I was impressed by the speed, the GUI loaded.
But after I set my settings for the Network usage bar, I recognized that my pppoe connection showed Down. I tried to connect to the Internet, but it was not possible.   

My Interface card used for PPPOE is a RTL-8139/8139C/8139C+.

Is this problem caused by the NIC?

    I found out that this problem is not caused by the NIC I use.
    The problem comes up, when I try to select the speed of the NIC when it is already installed on Interfaces.  When I select the speed during Installation everything works fine. But when I try to select the speed after Installation the Interface shows Down and I can not connect.
