I have the same issue on my box, which I initially installed with the first beta.
confd shows me three separate objects referenced under authentication\edirectory, all of them identical, except two have the port set to 389, and the third set to 636, with ssl enabled. After deleting everything, and re-creating the edir auth server, there is only one server listed, and I can't seem to re-create the issue. something must have been fixed after the first beta.
