[7.450][DUPE][FIXED] Transparent Proxy Untrusted Website Page

When visiting a site with a self signed certificate, the transparent proxy brings
up an web page claiming the site to be untrusted and a link to click to Add an 
exception for the site.  When I click the link it results in a file not found, when
trying to retrieve url: http://passthrough.fw-notify.net.
