I'm using Windows Vista w/SP1 and Mozilla 3.0.10 and IE8. When I enable the HTTP proxy with Transparent mode, I can't do a Yahoo search. I receive and error "Sorry, the page you requested was not found." When I set the Operation Mode to Standard or turn off the Proxy, then the searches work correctly. Perhaps I have a wrong setting in my proxy that only seems to break Yahoo search. It also seems to the Microsoft download utility when I was downloading Windows 7-RC. The Microsoft java download utility did not work. Once I set the proxy to Standard or off, then this worked also. I've pretty much left the proxy settings to default settings and only specified the operation mode. Is there some other settings I should be looking at?
