[7.450][INFO] End-user portal not sending iPhone L2TP VPN profil

I've been re-checking iPhone VPN usage with 7.450. I have PPTP, L2TP and Cisco enabled for my user account. When I log into the user portal on my iPhone and import the VPN profile, I end up with only PPTP and Cisco - L2TP doesn't make it. I'm unsure as to whether this is a bug or somehow intentional, but without it I don't see how I can set up L2TP on the iPhone (given I'm using a certificate rather than a shared secret).

Anyone know if this is expected? Thanks.

This may be a limitation of the iPhone - I don't believe it allows the use of a cert in the L2TP setup. Note that the same is true of the standard Windows client.

Indeed, iPhone allows L2TP over IPsec with a PSK only. That's why you don't get the L2TP configuration via the user portal.

Just switched my L2TP to using a shared secret, and now it comes across to my iPhone just fine - thanks. I've never actually been able to connect from my iPhone to L2TP on the Astaro, but I've always had this issue even with 7.402, so it must be a config problem of some kind (or an ISP issue). Cisco and PPTP iPhone connectivity work fine in my case.
