I've been looking at the new bandwidth monitor bars on the dashboard. It seems there's an issue with scaling, unless they're non-linear. For example, I've configured the "out" interface as asymmetric, 10 Mbps in, 1 Mbps (1000 Kbps) out.
As the attached image shows, with a throughput of 86 KB, the bar is about two thirds filled. It still has room to spare when it gets to 100 KB. I'm assuming this does really mean KB (kilobytes) rather than Kb (kilobits), but even then I would expect a 100 KB throughput to show as completely maxed out given my setting of 1000 Kb.
Also, there's a minor cosmetic issue when clicking one of the bars to pop-up the live bandwidth monitor - the pop-up window shows as "Untitled" in its title bar, where I think it should list the name of the interface it's displaying.
