[7.450][BUG][FIXED] Reporting graphs do not update regularly

Hi,
the graphs do not update. Doesn't matter whether is part of the reporting TAB in webadmin or one of the summary graphs on a tab.

The original graphs ran for approx 14 hrs before they stopped. After I restarted the ASG, the graphs updated for a short time and have stopped again.

I'm not seeing that, Ian. All graphs populated and functionning correctly.

Hi Bob,
the midnight rollover appears to have fixed them. They are now updating regularly. Took 2 days though.

Hi nitehawk,
I am not using v7.450b at the moment because the http proxy is too unstable. I am waiting for the next beta (v7.460) release.
Last time I checked, the graphs would update for a while then stop. Rollover at midnight they would start again, but during the day they would stop and stay at that point until midnight. A restart did not have any affect.

Hi folks,
I have now been running v7.450b since approx 0830 this morning.
Numerous restarts and a config restore to the latest v7.403 I am running.

The graphs started again at start time and stopped just after 1000 this morning. The current system time is 1353.

I have closed firefox 3.0.10 and restarted it a number of time to make sure it cleared itself. I just forced firefox to do a refresh which of course logged me out of webadmin and the graphs updated.

So the issue comes down to caching on firefox. I have clear cache on closing of firefox enabled. I haven't tried with IE 7 (either 32 or 64 bit versions).

Need to close all sessions of firefox before the cache is cleared. I don't need to do this in v7.403 for graph updates.

I just had to shift-refresh (and log back in) to get updated graphs on 7.460, with FF 3.0.11 on Windows.
Did not have to close the browser though.

I also don't remember this happening on older Astaro versions.

Hi Barry,
I am not sure if this post will make that much sense or seem logical.

I had logged a fault with intel over my atom 330 MB. I followed their advice and put the box back on line this morning. After a couple of glitches it is working fine.
The ASG I had working in the interim was based on an AMD BE2340 dual cpu chip. The stats updated regularly without any changes to ff 3.0.11.

The atom box back on-line and the stats fail to update until I clear ff. The atom box had been powered up for a couple of days without any network connections while I tested it to see if kacpid would play up. So far with HT enabled the box is working well.
By the way in another thread you asked about snort and HT, yes, you get a snort for all CPUs or virtual CPUs, I saw snort 0-3 running at one stage, just before my audio streaming broke.
