[7.450][FEATURE][NOTABUG] Cannot configure PIM-SM to route multicast to VPN interfaces

My biggest excitement with 7.5 was the ability to route multicast (such as Apple's Bonjour / mDNS) from my LAN to remote VPN clients.

However, as PIM-SM requires a hardware interface, and ASG doesn't present a virtual interface for VPN services, this doesn't appear possible [:(]

Did I misread this?

You are right. Multicast routing through ipsec interfaces is not supported. This will probably work in the future when we made the transition from KLIPS to the netkey IPsec stack.
