[7.450][BUG][FIXED] Web Security»HTTP/S»Advanced broken Apply button

Under Web Security>>HTTP/S>>Advanced the Apply button for the Misc Settings fails to activate.

As a result any changes to the transparent http authentication timeout, http protocols, or HTTP proxy port will not work.
