[7.450][BUG][FIXED] Configurable Shortcuts Don't Appear to Work

If I set ctrl+1,2,3,4 for the configurable shortcuts (vs the ctrl+v, c etc..) and hit apply, everything appears ok, except they dont work and the old values still do.

I'm able to confirm this on a Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) Gecko/2009060310 Ubuntu/8.10 (intrepid) Firefox/3.0.11.
