[7.450][BUG][FIXED] HTTP proxy works incorrectly in a transparent mode

Hello,
Google translate web page (Sprachtools) does not work in tranparent mode.
Error: not found on this server.
The exception list will not help. Only when the PC is in the Advanced Skiplist Transparent mode is entered.
The error appears with IE8.0 and Firefox

Strange, using Firefox too, I don't face this problem while using transparent mode for this link ..

Here it works fine both with IE8 ( no compatibility) and Firefox 3.1

In compatibility mode, nothing changes.
