[7.450][INFO] Kudos! - WebAdmin caching problem solved

I've been griping about the difference between the performance of WebAdmin in German and in English in V7.40x. In English, I'm constantly presented with five or six sets of caching messages. Even though I'm connected at 100mb, sometimes I have to wait almost a minute to access the next menu in English. Switch over to German, and No Problem!

Now, in V7.450, I never get that phenomenon in either language.

This was "un-fixed in 7.460 through 7.490. In 7.500, the phenomenon exists, but the effects are minimized, the wait is never more than ten seconds and occurs rarely.
