[7.450][DUPE][FIXED] Content Filtering blocks .exe always

Running 7.450, trying to download *.exe file. *.exe is removed from file extention filter list. 

File downloads, then trying to download from Astaro filter page. I get the following:

Astaro Security Gateway Version 7 Astaro Internet Security - All-in-One Unified Threat Management Solutions for Complete Network, Web and Mail Security Protecting Against Hackers, Spyware, Phishing, Viruses, Worms and Spam 
Content blocked 
 
While trying to retrieve the URL: http://passthrough.fw-notify.net/pub/mozilla/firefox/releases/3.0.10/win32/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%203.0.10.exe 
Error message: File not found 
 
File I am trying to download is:
Firefox Setup 3.0.10.exe

Thoughts.... It worked fine in 7.400....
