[7.450][BUG][NOTABUG] EMail Quarantine Report config not changable

The specified time for the Quarantine Report is set
not generated and hence, can not be sent.

@riedel: Did I get you right - the time you've set was apparently ignored by the system until you've rebooted the whole system?
