[7.450][QUESTION][OPEN] Security Popup while using HTTPS proxying, normal?

Should I expect that the first time I visit any site over https, that I am going to have to add a security exception for that site.  
And by first time, I mean first time through the proxy on the firewall.  Some of these sites I know have valid and updated certs 
and have never caused an exception before.  Do I have something configured wrong?
