[7.450][BUG][NOTABUG] SSL VPN installation appears to hang

The green bar stops twice for almost a minute.  I guess that it's not hung, just that the progression of the bar doesn't provide adequate information.

Indeed, the installation has completed successfully.

Good job on getting the installer signed so the threatening message from Microsoft doesn't appear.  I'm glad to see more attention being paid to the end-user's experience.

    If you viewed the details of the install you'd probably seen that it hung during installing the tun device driver. I come across the same thing once in a while. It's just Windows being slow, nothing to worry about and nothing that can be circumvented as far as I know.
