[7.450][FEATURE][NOTABUG] Bulk input buttons missing

Someone already reported that the bulk import/export buttons don't work in 'HTTP/S'.

Not only is this also true in 'HTTP/S Profiles', but the choices are missing from 'Allow these sites' 'Block these sites' and 'Blocked MIME types'.

    Buttons also missing in 'SMTP' and 'SMTP Profiles' for 'Sender Blacklist' and 'Blocked expressions'.

    it's true that on those pages aren't the import/export buttons. we haven't added the import/export to all list boxes, just to some chosen ones. Seems that there have been raised some wrong expectations.

    Here's a list of those locations where a import/export should be available:
